GRAPHIC DESIGNER
 
Job Summary
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will bring visual ideas to life across various media platforms, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines and effectively communicating project goals. This role requires a self-starter with strong design fundamentals and a collaborative mindset.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conceptualize and develop visual designs based on project requirements.
  • Create illustrations, logos, layouts, and other design assets using industry-standard software.
  • Collaborate with clients or internal teams to refine and finalize creative concepts.
  • Ensure brand consistency across various formats and platforms.
  • Test and optimize graphics for quality and effectiveness across different devices and media.

Skills & Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Experience with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube) is preferred.
  • Familiarity with email marketing tools (e.g., Constant Contact, Mailchimp) is a plus.
  • Experience updating and maintaining websites is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of color theory, typography, and composition.
  • Ability to translate abstract ideas into compelling visual content.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • A degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field is preferred.

Other Requirements
  • Must have access to personal design equipment, including a computer and the Adobe Creative Suite.
