About Us
Our clients range from public to private, from smaller companies to large multi-nationals in a broad range of industries as well as numerous governmental agencies. In a typical year, we complete approximately 500 engagements, many of which include the valuation of complex multi-entity organizations. Client valuations feature a large mix of mid-market entities; however, Mercer Capital enjoys repeat and recurring project work with multi-billion dollar enterprises, and we have experience with Forbes 400 List clientele. Several of our clients are among the largest privately held businesses in the nation.
Mercer Capital’s integrated suite of services encompasses two service areas: valuation advisory and opinions, and financial advisory services.
The valuation advisory & opinions and financial advisory service lines are interrelated. The technical discipline of providing well-grounded valuation opinions is buttressed by real world experience gained in providing advisory services. Likewise, the market-centered orientation of financial advisory services has as its foundation a keen understanding of valuation drivers.
