Return of Venice Trolley Tours in 2026!
Discover Sarasota Tours is pleased to announce the return of two beloved Venice Trolley Tour themes in 2026. The Venice City Tour led in partnership with Ronnie Fernandez of Venice Florida Tours, and the Circus Secrets of Venice tour led by Bob Collins will run January - April. These tours run on Tuesdays at 10AM (Venice City Tour) and 1PM (Circus Secrets of Venice). Both tours leave from the Venice Area Chamber of Commerce providing ample free parking.

For decades, Venice was the winter home of Ringling Bros. and Barnum & Bailey Circus—a fact that remains largely unknown, overlooked, or forgotten by many locals and visitors. Yet, as we mark the centennial anniversary in Venice, it is important to recognize the historic and cultural significance of The Greatest Show on Earth® within our Gulf Coast community.
 
The  Circus Secrets of Venice tour, led by guide Bob Collins, shines a spotlight on this unique legacy. As Bob explains, “We’ll discover how the circus shaped our town by exploring places in Venice where its colorful influence can still be felt. My own circus career began here in Venice over half a century ago, and sharing my memories on this tour is truly special. Guests often find delight in reconnecting with their own circus memories, whether they originated in Venice or elsewhere.”
