Herrera Psychology Launches "Resilient Family Reset" Virtual Workshop Series to Support Greater Sarasota Parents

Two-part preventative mental health workshop series offers affordable, expert-led support for families navigating digital challenges and childhood anxiety

Herrera Psychology announces the launch of "The Resilient Family Reset: A Restorative Workshop Series," a two-part virtual workshop designed to help parents of school-aged children build stronger connections, healthier boundaries, and greater confidence in today's demanding parenting landscape.

In a season of cautious spending and heightened family stress, the workshop series emphasizes prevention as a cost-saving investment. Early mental health support helps families avoid costly ER visits, school absenteeism, and academic struggles while protecting what matters most—family relationships and resilience.

"Parenting isn't easy—especially in today's digital and demanding world," said the team at Herrera Psychology. "These workshops give parents practical tools and expert guidance to feel more confident, connected, and calm, even when their child's emotions or technology use feel out of control."
